What We Do

Representation: Liaison with the Wellcome Trust and their agents, HTB Church, RBKC, The Lycee, ONA & the Estate Management Scheme on matters affecting The Square.

Service Charges: Oversight on the level and range of service charges across The Square.

Gardens: Monitoring standards and service charges in the East & West gardens.

Freehold/Leasehold/Right-to-Manage: Advice to service blocks on legal options for self-determination.

Consultancy: Working with service blocks on ad hoc issues affecting leases, costs, buildings. Excludes planning issues which are the remit of ONA.

Jurisdiction: We cover the 5 sides of Onslow Square plus 1-9 Onslow Gardens. We welcome freeholders, leaseholders and residents as members.
